托福分類單字 "Medicine" 醫學 (一) 

托福在有關醫學這個部分通常會搭配著其他學科出現,比如心理學、化學等等一起出現,雖然不太會出現像醫學論文這麼深入的文章內容,但同樣因為醫學這個學科非常好搭配,所以不時會以時事相關內容出現如肥胖、精神疾病等等衍生出相關內容,因此這部分平常可以關注新聞時事、Time或者TED等等國際性報章雜誌多吸收相關資料。

 1)  Good morning everyone, my name is tang xiaoyan, from Nanjing university jinling institute   It's my first time to stand here, making a speech, I am so excited, and I wanna talk about how to lose weight ,and share my idea with all of you.  Today the title of my speech is “Losing Weight Healthy” .

 

2)  And I will tell three parts of the title:  First of all, I want to talk about the reasons we become overweight. Than I will talk about what approach we can take when your weight come on.  Last but not least,  what should we pay attention to when we are trying  to reduce weight.

 

3)  Obesity reasons are varied, but generally have the following kinds: With high working pressure, people often eat too much food of high fat, and always too lazy to do exercise.so,their unhealthful eating habits and lifestyle make them fatter and fatter.

 

4)  To lose weight ,in the morning, you can get up early, go outdoors, breathe the fresh air, and do physical exercises. Running and swimming are extremely helpful to keep one fit,and more and more people are learning 2  to do Tai Chi. If you are a busy person and have no special time to do these things, there are still some ways useful for to keep fit. The easiest way is to walk or riding a bike to your office instead of taking a bus.and go mountain hiking on weekend.  

To keep a balanced diet .that is to say,we should not have too much animal fat ,but more vegetables and fruits .Secondly ,if we want to keep fit ,we must give up the habits that damage our health .

 

5)   Failure rates of weight losing are exceedingly high , so not to beat yourself up if failed ,and make fitness a priority.
