1) retaliate (V.) 報復,反擊; 回敬

 

例句:

(1) .He had authorisation from the military command to retaliate.

2) revenge (V./N.) 報仇,報復;為…報仇,報…之仇

 

例句:

(1) She uses the media to help her exact a terrible revenge.

例句:
